    the JD Irwin website is fantastic (though she has not posted for AGES)
    her visit today was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!

    OMG I just got home fromk the park and I am so TIERD! It was also really really really COLD! I meet Tia and Jimara other there and we went bungee trampolineing it was so cool i got up to 19 flips front and back!Got to go swimming now see you tommorrow!!! Emily.J xxx :( :)

    emily's right it was F-R-E-E-Z-I-N-G!!! today at the county park. though it was fun. i went round with emily and tia we went on a LONG bike ride. see you tommorow:)

    Hi guys congartulations to everyone that competed in the swimming gala you did great altough we didn't get through to the finals we came 3rd which is still good and remember it was only by 1 point ARGH!!
