THE ENDS OF THE EARTH

Well...Here it is, the FINAL countdown! As you enter your last term here at Suttons , we are busy planning a creative, exciting, and fun curriculum to finish your time with us.  Unfortunately SATS loom large at the moment so with only a few days left, our focus is still firmly on Literacy and Numeracy.  Keep revising at home, and putting in the huge effort you already have been, and I’m sure you’ll do well in the SATS week.  Please don’t hesitate to contact  myself if you are concerned, or have question regarding these assessments. A final piece of advice… Make sure during the week you go to bed early each night, have a healthy breakfast and come to school with a ...

PMA (Positive Mental Attitude!)

Once the SATS week is over we turn our focus onto creative topic based learning, looking at  different continents around the world.  We shall be exploring life, culture, food, religion, history of the chosen continent and children will be required to produce a short presentation each week to give in class.  Meanwhile, of course, LEAVERS STUFF! More is attached, but for now this term is practice and preparation for the final showdown in leavers week… Important dates, information, and permissions are attached
….so keep reading…!
